It’s my birthday.
No grand speech today.
Just gratitude for breath, growth, and quiet resilience.
This year stretched me in ways I can’t fully explain yet.
I’m still processing it.
Still learning what stayed.
Still understanding what left.
If nothing else, I’m proud that I didn’t disappear.
That I kept showing up — softly, imperfectly, honestly.
Happy birthday to me.
